The Battle of the Bluegrass Heads to West Virginia Saturday

The Battle of the Bluegrass Heads to West Virginia Saturday

Mac Cottrell keeps an iron grip on the Pro Stock Diesel Trucks points lead. Let’s see how he does against some of the toughest trucks on the track this weekend at Grafton.

We’re down to the wire with only two more pulls left to go before the 2017 Battle of the Bluegrass Pulling Series, presented by Jeffrey Machine, closes out another great year of pulling. Some teams have a solid lock on the points lead, while others are still fighting for that extra last ditch “Hail Mary” run. They will push their vehicles to their limits to try and squeeze out every horsepower they can for that extra few inches that can make or break their championship win.

This Saturday, the Battle of the Bluegrass heads up to Grafton, West Virginia. The pull was rescheduled due to expected heavy rainfall. This weekend, however, the weather looks perfect for some good outdoor dirt slingin’.

This will be another large event for the Battle of the Bluegrass, which will bring seven classes to the track. These classes include Outlaw Super Stock Tractors, Light Limited Super Stock Tractors, Work Stock Diesel Trucks (2.5), Pro Street Diesel Trucks (3.0), Super Stock 4WD Trucks, and a large number of Pro Street and Street Semis are expected to attend as well.

The pull will be held at the Taylor Co. Fairgrounds and is scheduled to begin at 4:00PM local time.
