37th Annual Lanesville Heritage Pull Signs with the Battle of the Bluegrass

The Battle of the Bluegrass Pulling Series (BOB Series) is proud to announce that the 37th Annual Lanesville (Indiana) Heritage Pull will be sanctioned by the BOB Series.  “This is one of the largest pulls in the nation, and the history of this event makes it a DO NOT MISS for fans and pullers alike.” Said BOB Series Indiana Director Lloyd Lamb.  “The track is one of best anywhere, and come early to find a place to park,” commented Lamb.

The Lanesville Heritage Days pull will take place on September 14-15, 2012 at the Lanesville, Indiana Community Park.  The pull will feature most of the BOB Series classes.  Friday night classes will be the Super Stock 2WD Trucks, 12,000 Open Farm Stock, Pro Stock 4WD Trucks, and the Light Limited Super Stock Tractors.  Saturday Night will feature the 9500 Pro Farm, Pro Street Diesel Trucks (2.6), 10,000 Hot Farm Tractors, Light Limited Super Stock Tractors, Outlaw Super Farm Tractors, and the Outlaw Diesel Trucks (3.0).

The Lanesville Heritage Days features many things for fans to come out early and stay all day.  Over 300 Antique Tractors will be on display, and an Antique Pull will take place on Thursday night (September 13).  Antique Farm Equipment, Mules and Horses and old Threshers machines, working the crops as they did in years gone by.  A midway with rides and attractions are also a part of this massive event.
