Super Modified 2WD Trucks Makes Series Debut in Lawrenceburg

The Battle of the Bluegrass Pulling Series (BOB Series) heads to the Anderson County Community Park in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky on October 3rd. New to the BOB Series are the Super Modified 2WD Trucks. “Fans will get to see plenty of diesel smoke, and hear the ear piercing sound of the blower trucks.”, commented BOB Series, CEO Tom McConnell. “We are expecting large turnout in our 2WD Class, so the fans in Lawrenceburg will see one heck of a show.”, commented McConnell.

The pull in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky will take place this Saturday, October 3 at 6pm. Besides the Super Modified 2WD’s, fans will see the 10,000 Hot Farm Tractors, the Light Limited Super Stock Tractors, Work Stock Diesel Trucks, Pro Street Diesel Trucks, Outlaw Diesel Trucks and the Pro Farm Tractors.

With the upcoming Bluegrass Super Pull, to be held in Corbin, Kentucky on November 12-14, 2009, drivers will be competing for points to qualify for the Bluegrass Classic, which will take place during the Bluegrass Super Pull on November 13. The Top 8 Pullers in each class will be pulling for a chance to win a new Eagle Tractor and only the Top 8 in points will be eligible for a chance to win the tractor. “The points battles are really heating up, and it will interesting to see who makes the Top 8.”, commented McConnell.
