Battle of the Bluegrass Pulling Series Back to Back Hooks in Tollesboro and LaGrange

The Battle of the Bluegrass Pulling Series (BOB Series) is gearing up for another great weekend of Pulling action. As the outdoor season winds down, the BOB Series will be in Tollesboro, KY on Friday Oct. 9, 2009 and in LaGrange, KY on Oct. 10.

On Friday, Oct. 9, 7pm, the BOB Series will be in Tollesboro. Classes to run include Work Stock Diesel Truck, 10,000 Hot Farm Tractor, Pro Street Diesel Truck, Pro Farm Tractors and the Outlaw Diesel Trucks. Tollesboro will also feature non-sanctioned Economy Hot Rod Tractors and Semis.

On Saturday October 10 at 6pm, the BOB Series moves on to the Oldham County Fairgrounds in LaGrange, Kentucky. Classes to run include the Work Stock Diesel Truck, Light Limited Super Stock Tractor, Pro Street Diesel Truck, Pro Stock 4WD Truck, and the Outlaw Diesel Truck. This is the points championship for the Pro Stock 4WD Trucks, with the Top Eight in points going to the Bluegrass Classic, being held on November 13 during the 1st Annual Bluegrass Super Pull, being held at THE ARENA, indoors, in Corbin, Kentucky. The Top Eight in points in each class will have a chance to win a new Eagle Tractor, which will be given away during the pull.

Also in LaGrange is a special pull with the Modified Diesel Trucks. The “Double Over Time” of Ben Miller, “Smokin’ Ya HD” of Eric Stacey, and the “Gotta Have it” of Shane Kellogg, will be pulling. “We wanted to give the fans a great show, and these guys put on a great show.”, commented event promoter Adam Kincaid. “These guys make about 2,000 horsepower and multi-turbocharged.” Added Kincaid.
