Battle of the Bluegrass to host Drivers Meeting on March 22

The Battle of the Bluegrass Pulling Series (BOB Series) will be hosting a drivers meeting on March 22, 2009 at 3pm EST at the Danville-Boyle County Fairgrounds in Danville, KY. This meeting is open to all drivers that are interested in pulling with the series. The meeting will discuss the rules, classes and purses, as well as update drivers on the 2009 schedule. All interested drivers are encouraged to attend, as the BOB Series is looking for feedback as to better serve the drivers in this region. Feedback on rules will be greatly appreciated.

“We look forward to meeting with the drivers to better understand their needs and desires.”, said BOB Series CEO, Tom McConnell. “We hope to accomplish the final rules for all our classes, as well as get feedback on what the drivers want, as well as explain to the drivers how are events will be run.”

Classes that the BOB Series will be running in 2009 include the Light Limited Super Stock Tractors, Super Farm, Pro Farm, Pro Street Diesel Trucks, Street Diesel Trucks, Hot Farm and 13,000 Farm Stock Tractors. A final review of rules will be discussed and agreed upon at the meeting.
