Battle of the Bluegrass Heads Back To Falmouth, KY After Rainout.
A few weeks ago, Falmouth was due to be the kickoff event for the 2017 pulling season, but Mother Nature decided she had other plans. Let’s hope she’s in a better mood this coming weekend as The Battle of the Bluegrass presented by Jeffrey Machine heads back to Pendleton County Fairgrounds in Falmouth, KY. The pull will be held this Saturday at 7:00pm

Nelson County Gets Down And Dirty This Weekend as the Battle Of The Bluegrass Heads To Bardstown
Bardstown, KY is known for it’s vibrant history and the bourbon distillery cornerstone of Kentucky. This weekend, Bardstown will add horsepower to the list of reasons to visit one of Kentucky’s most beautiful small towns.
This Saturday, May 20, the Nelson County Fairgrounds will host the Battle of the Bluegrass Pulling Series, presented by Jeffrey Machine. After the first event of the year in Falmouth was rained out, the season finally got kicked off in Charlestown, IN last week with a great crowd and intense competition. That hot competition will continue this Saturday in Bardstown.

Battle of the Bluegrass Kicks Off At Charlestown, IN on Saturday
The Battle of the Bluegrass Pulling Series, presented by Jeffery Machine kicks off it’s 2017… again! After last week’s pull at Falmouth, KY rained out, pullers and fans alike are eager to get the 2017 pulling season underway. “When it rains, it pours, and the drivers are eager to get on the track,” said BOB Series CEO, Tom McConnell. “We’re all ready to kick off another season of hot competition, but Mother Nature’s has to cooperate so we can get this show rolling down the track!”
The pull will begin at 7:00pm at Clark Co. Fairgrounds just outside of historic Charlestown, IN and will be the first of two events held here this year.
